Why I started Thrilli Foods:
My name is Debbie Harris, a few years ago I was given some 'chilli jam' to taste, which although potentially promising, was so hot I couldn't taste anything for twenty minutes. However, as a typical 'foodie', I like to taste my food, so I played with a recipe until I produced something with a chilli content that allowed one to still taste all the other ingredients. I gave these to family and friends as unique Christmas presents, and that was it! They loved it, wanted to by it and so did all there friends! People asked me to go into business so they could have a regular supply... Christmas was to long a wait.

I have since developed further chilli-based products to create a range of varying tastes and with great versatility. My products are great with cheese, vegetable, egg, fish and meat dishes. They can be drizzled or mixed with mayonnaise for dips, added to yogurt forming marinades for oven-baked dishes or BBQ's. They are fantastic with pasta dishes or on pizza bases. They can be added to soups, casseroles or form the beginning of wonderful curry dishes.

In fact, there uses are limited only by your imagination.

My aim is to give customers products that are homemade, of premium quality, really flavoursome, highly versatile and full of goodness, I do the hard work, you just add a spoonful!!
